HR Administrator
Job title: HR Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Role Overview:
A vacancy has arisen for the key position of Human Resources Administrator within the HR department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department. This is a temporary position to provide maternity cover and could last between 6 and 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Prepare monthly statistics and reports including headcount and absence reporting.
- Manage the flow of all information from HR department to payroll.
- Manage and control electronic overtime reporting and complete all absence related administration.
- Control the key HR administrative processes such as occupational health and overtime reporting
- Perform super user duties for the HR IT system (an excellent knowledge and ability to work with computerised systems is essential).
Qualifications & Person Attributes required:
The successful candidate will:
- Respect the confidentiality of the Human Resources department at all times.
- Have an organised and systematic approach to their workload and organisation of HR processes.
- Be self-motivated to act on their own initiative and take full ownership of their key tasks.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Experience of working within HR is desirable but not essential as we are looking for an excellent administrator first and foremost.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills particularly in the area of data management ie spreadsheets and database software packages.
- Have a good general level of education.
